The Strongest Man on Earth
We plan very tough courses so that we can see who is capable of finishing and above all who will hold the title of The Strongest Man on Earth in 2025.
Swim in crystal clear waters
Swimming will be the easiest part of the race. It takes place in the calm waters of the Crestuma dam, with the water temperature already very comfortable. It will be a good warm-up for what comes next.
Spectacular routes
A cycling route that passes through part of what is considered the most beautiful road in Portugal, to which we add roads through forests with deep valleys and a climb to the fantastic Serra da Freita. The entire run segment takes place in Serra da Boneca, always with the Douro River in the background.
Open road cycling
The cycling route is on a road open to traffic, so athletes will have to comply with traffic rules. The route will not be marked and athletes will have to navigate using their bike computers or cell phones. Athletes are advised to be accompanied by a Ssupport Team.
Friendship and competition
The main objective of the event is to provide a day of competition, where friendship, conviviality and companionship are present, both among the athletes and among all the teammates, family and friends who are helping.
Limited Registration
Due to the characteristics of the race, with cycling on an open road and running on narrow trails, the race will be limited to 60 athletes. with entries to be allocated in order of entry submission.
