Spirit of 78 Triathlon

The Ladies & Gentlemen Club

Since the beginning of the Spirit of 78 Triathlon, we launched a challenge, that everyone participate in the event in conditions as close as possible to those that the first athletes found in 1978.

Only those who complete the race wearing speedos, top, steel bike with gears on the frame and, in the case of men, with a mustache or beard are allowed to enter the Club.

The Ladies & Gentlemen Club, intends to honor all those who accepted this challenge.

A very restricted club

The Ladies & Gentlemen Club is a restricted club, where only athletes who have completed the Spirit of 78 Triathlon and who meet at least one of the following requirements can enter:

A tribute to 1978’s heroes

In the Spirit

Be Finishers of the Spirit of 78 Triathlon and have completed the race:
- With top and speedos,
- With steel bike with frame gears,
- And in the case of men, with a beard or mustache.
